Record every awarding organisation, regulator and trade body you are registered with. Each one then shows the evidence behind it — the courses you have delivered under that body, your monitoring assessments, and any documents you have tagged to it — so when a provider or an auditor asks what you are approved to teach, the answer is already there.
Open My AccreditationsSend a prospective employer a time-limited link, or a QR code they can scan, to just the documents you choose. They do not need an account, and they always see your current version — replace your insurance certificate and the link shows the new one. You can see who has viewed it, and revoke it at any time.
Share a documentIf the organisation you are registered with is not on the list, type it in and send it over. We check it and add it, and let you know either way — so a missing name never stops you recording an accreditation.
Suggest an organisationNearly everything on this list started with somebody saying “it would help if…”. If something would make your job easier, tell us — most small things ship within a week.
