Please use the same email address you gave when you booked or registered on the course — that way your bookings and certificates will appear in your account automatically.
What a free account gives you
A Semseo Training account is free and takes about a minute to set up. It brings together everything attached to your email address: courses you have booked or completed, the certificates awarded to you, and the expiry dates that go with them. Nothing is charged unless you buy a course or add a paid plan.
If you are booking for other people
The same account manages a team. Add the people you are responsible for, see at a glance which qualifications are current and which are close to lapsing, and get a reminder before a certificate expires rather than after. Organisations running their own training can also record delivery, sign off modules and issue certificates from the same place.
Use the email address your records are under
If you have already been on a course, sign up with the same email address the booking was made under. Your existing bookings and certificates then link to the new account automatically. Signing up with a different address creates a separate record, and the two have to be merged by hand afterwards.
