Allergy & Anaphylaxis Awareness for Schools (Benedict's Law)
About This Course
A free online awareness course for all school and nursery staff — teaching, support, catering, lunchtime, caretaking and office teams. Covers recognising an allergic reaction and anaphylaxis in children, giving adrenaline (auto-injectors and the new EURneffy nasal spray), and the school's emergency response and systems (spare AAIs, individual healthcare plans, allergy policy).
Written for the strengthened allergy-safety requirements expected in England from September 2026 (Benedict's Law), and useful awareness CPD for early years and for schools across the UK.
Important: this is awareness/knowledge CPD. It does not replace the hands-on practical training in using adrenaline devices that the guidance expects — that is delivered face-to-face (our onsite session).
